1. Current pick up locations?

At the moment pick up is only available at the St Petersburg campus of The University of South Florida, Lynn Pippenger Hall. The address is 700 Fouth Street S. Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 (On the first floor of the building)

2. How does pick up work?

After placing your order, head to the pick up location and Text your name and "Here for pick up" to  (813) 596-9954 when you arrive. Have a seat anywhere on the first floor, and a representative will bring out your package to you shortly.

3. How long are equipment rentals for?

Our rental equipment have rental periods of 24hrs from the time they are picked up. They must be returned to the same location they were picked up from within 26 hours (you receive a 2hr grace period) or a late fee and other fees will incur. (A valid picture identification is required at the time of pick up as well as the completion of a rental agreement form)

4. Is there a cancellation policy? 

   Yes, our cancellation policy varies per service offering:

   • For our Picnic Sets and Paradise Add-ons, there are no penalties for cancellations and they will be refunded in full (including deposits), if cancelled before pick up. We do not accept returns on the picnic sets after pick up.
   • For our Special Events:  
     - A full refund will be issued if canceled at least 7 days before the event date.
     - A 50% refund will be issued if canceled at least 3 days before the event date.
     - No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date.
     - If the event cannot proceed due to weather, pandemics, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control, we will then offer a rescheduling voucher or a full refund, processed 7–15 days after cancellation.
     - Weather Policy: Due to the unpredictability of weather, if rentals were in use for at least 75% of the time reserved before inclement weather or water conditions prevented utilization or participation, no refund will be issued.

      

5. What do the picnic materials look like?

• Our Tote bags are small/medium sized with our logo branded on the front.
• The picnic blanket is large tapestry, fitting 2-3 people on it comfortably, and they come in various artistic designs.
• Our Bluetooth speakers come in various colors (red, blue, gray, or black) and are water resistant so they’re great for outdoor use.
• The paint supplies are small palettes of non drip paint, with a brush, that come in re-closable containers to avoid spills or messes.
• Each art canvas is a 8in x 10in sturdy textured board just waiting to capture your imagination!
• Lastly we offer small packets of sunscreen lotion (SPF 30) fit to cover one person per packet.
