Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel our various kinds of services
Date / Travel Experiences, Paradise Add-ons, and Xtra Treats
- There are no penalties for cancellations and they will be refunded in full (including deposits), if cancelled before pick up. We do not accept returns on our paradise picnic sets after pick up.
Special Events:
- A full refund will be issued if canceled at least 7 days before the event date.
- A 50% refund will be issued if canceled at least 3 days before the event date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date.
- If the event cannot proceed due to weather, pandemics, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control, we will then offer a rescheduling voucher or a full refund, processed 7–15 days after cancellation.
